Pillows Du Jour
Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products is our top priority.
By purchasing products from Pillows Du Jour ("The Site"), you (The Customer) agree to the following guidelines:
1. Payment Policy:
a) The Customer shall make full payment to The Site for all product orders.
b) Payments can be made online with a credit card, via payment service or invoice sent, or by check or money order (Checks may take 10-14 days to clear).
c) Payment shall include applicable taxes and shipping charges.
d) The Site will securely use your financial information to pay for all transactions.
e) Purchases from The Site are billed from PillowsDuJour.
2. Return Policy:
Please note: The Site does not accept returns unless your order was visibly damaged during delivery and/or has Manufacturing Defect.
Product returns should follow these steps first:
a) Take digital photos of your damaged product plus the shipping container it arrived in within 48 hours of delivery.
b) Contact The Site by email at PillowsDuJour(at)AoL(dot)com and please put PRODUCT RETURN in the subject line. Describe your concerns and attach the photos.
c) You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return request is being reviewed.
d) When your request is approved, you will need to ship back your order in the box received, unless otherwise directed by The Site. Upon receipt, The Site will process the replacement of your order.
e) No refunds will be given.
f). Designs originally ordered will not be exchanged for a different design.
3. Shipping Policy:
a) The Site will make its best efforts to ship your order within 7 business days after full payment has been made.
b) All shipping is done via carriers such as FedEx or UPS or USPS.
c) Arrival of your order may be from 3-7 business days after the shipping date. Shipping transit times vary, and The Site assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive order on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
d) The Site not accept responsibility for orders that are delayed or prevented from being delivered due to incorrect information supplied by The Customer (such as wrong or incomplete addresses, misspelled names, etc).
e) The Customer must pay for any replacement of order plus shipping and/or handling charges caused by their errors or omissions. The Site will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from such errors or omissions.
4. Cancellation Policy:
a) Cancellations are not accepted after placement of order.
5. Imagery Policy:
a) Computer monitors and/or screens on mobile devices or any other kind of electronic device on which products are viewed may change or distort the image, including but not limited to colors, hues, tones, shapes, sizes, clarity, opacity, etc.
b) In such regard, The Site shall not be held responsible or liable for any discrepancy or inconsistency between product(s) as it appears on any computer and/or electronic device and product(s) produced and delivered to The Customer.
